- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or, for several works, a representative list);
- identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it, such as the exact URL(s) on CamTrends;
- your contact information: name, postal address and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Content hosted by the platforms
Streams and images are served by the cam platforms. We remove the listing, thumbnail and links on CamTrends; to remove the source material, also contact the platform that hosts it.
Counter-notices and repeat infringers
If your material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the elements of 17 U.S.C. 512(g)(3). Accounts or listings that are repeatedly the subject of valid notices are removed. Knowingly false claims can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. 512(f).
