These terms are an agreement between you and ARSICODE LLC, Yerevan, Armenia, the operator of CamTrends.

Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age to view adult material where you live, to use CamTrends. If you are not, leave now. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement.

What the site is

CamTrends is a directory. We do not produce, host or stream any content, and we are not a party to anything that happens on the platforms we link to. Listings, statistics and rankings are generated automatically from partner feeds and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate.

Third-party sites

Links and previews lead to independent cam platforms. Their own terms, privacy policies and age checks apply there, and we are not responsible for their content, services, prices or conduct. Any account, purchase or dispute on a platform is between you and that platform.

Affiliate relationship

Some links are affiliate links marked “Sponsored”. If you join or buy through them, ARSICODE LLC may earn a commission from the platform, at no extra cost to you. See the affiliate disclosure for how this affects the Recommended order.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site at scale, interfere with how it works, try to bypass access controls or age checks, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access that breaks these terms.

Content and trademarks

Model names, images and streams belong to the models and platforms that supply them. Our own text, design, TrendScore and Trending belong to ARSICODE LLC. Removal requests: content removal; copyright notices: DMCA.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ARSICODE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from your use of third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from the date shown at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where ARSICODE LLC is registered.

If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory rights that the law of your country of residence gives you.
